Brand new engine! Fully rebuilt 1000 miles ago, bought this as smokey oil burner with the intention of rebuilding the engine and using it as daily. got that done but its just too boring for me need some more power! See photos for proof and detailed pictures. work for Fensport Performance and regularly build performance engines so building stock 1zz was no problem. It has had the following:-- Full gasket kit including new head gasket Polished crank New bearings on the mains and rod journals- New oil pump- New water pump- New timing chain- New pistons(0.5mm over bore) and rings of the latest design with teflon coated skirts and the large oil drain back holes to cure the known oil burning issue of the 1zz- New Blueprint piece clutch kit- New Blitz panel filter- New Toyota forlife coolant- New blueprint thermostat- Valve stem seals and valves lapped in to give perfect seal- Both block and head where skimmedAll valve clearances have been set to spec, millers running in oil for 500 miles then switched to genuine toyota oil filter and millers nanotec 10w40 fully synthetic. Gearbox oil was changed at the same time to millers 75w90With all this freshness you know you have thousands of miles of trouble free motoring without needing any major work.All bushings and balljoints in good order, the car drives fantastic with no knocks, bangs or rattles. It will need discs and pads all round and tyre in the not too distant future but its cheap car and these small consumables should be expectedBodywork is in good condition overall and very presentable, some paint damage to the rear bumper and couple of small dents around the car but nothing major given the age and price of it! Interior clean overall and has working air conditioning, stereo with steering wheel controls all functioning. Auto dim mirror, electric windows etc everything functioning with no issues.MOT till November 2019??1150 ono Will consider partex or swaps but will not entertain time wasters or messages of "what is your last price, what is your best price" etc they will just be ignored.
